Cancellation & Reimbursement Policy
We always strive to accommodate students who need to postpone or cancel their booking. If we are unable to find a replacement for your spot, the following policy applies:
Cancellation Two or More Months Before the Course Date:
✅ Reimbursement: Almost full refund
🔹 Deductions: PayPal transaction fees (5%) + administrative fee (10%)
Cancellation Less Than Two Months Before the Course Date:
✅ Reimbursement: 50% refund
🔹 Deductions: PayPal transaction fees (5%) + administrative fee (10%)
Cancellation Less Than Four Weeks Before the Course Date:
❌ No guaranteed reimbursement if a replacement cannot be found
🔹 However, if we are able to offer the slot to someone else at a reduced price, you may be eligible for a partial reimbursement (typically 50% of the course fee, minus PayPal transaction fees (5%) and administrative fee (10%)).
We always do our best to support students and make cancellations as stress-free as possible. If you need to cancel, please reach out, and we’ll do everything we can to assist!
