Just a short walk through the village, this delightful self contained annex is a self catering studio with double bed, shower room and kitchenette. There is no outside space but it is a 2 minute walk from the Phoenix trail where you can find some lovely walks.

This lovely bedroom/sitting room with en-suite shower room has outstanding views towards the Chiltern hills which are accessible by a variety of footpaths just steps away from the house. Bifold doors give access to the pretty garden and your own patio area.
