- When redeeming vouchers with a monetary value, voucher holders should contact James directly instead of booking online to secure their discounted rate.
- We always do our best to be flexible if people need to postpone or cancel their booking. Specific course vouchers may be transferrable if spaces are available (e.g. if your recipient wishes to change the course or date) – please contact James to discuss. If you need to postpone your booking to an alternative date then it must be done within one year of the original course date.
- Please check our cancellation policy for more details. Please note, vouchers are non-refundable, so for voucher bookings, ‘reimbursal’ means ‘credit to the value of the voucher or course’.
- Voucher holders should contact James to confirm their attendance and to receive the introduction email, directions and tips on how to prepare before the course begins.
