Life drawing is one of my favourite past times. Forget mindfullness and meditation – life drawing is the thing to do for creative-types looking to find their inner peace!
So come join us for 2 1/2 hours of untutored life drawing bliss.
We provide the model, the studio and space – you bring your creative magic!
For these untutored life drawing sessions we will be drawing one life model, typically starting with short poses that increase in duration as the session progresses. Maybe a few 3 minutes poses to start, some 5 to 10 minute poses and then onto longer 20-30 minute poses. You can book onto all five sessions or pay as you go (assuming all the spaces haven’t sold out).

NO DROP IN SESSIONS AVAILABLE
We LOVE how Tuesdays have become our Life Drawing days! Jo Harris runs her fabulous tutored life drawing sessions on Tuesday mornings and then in the afternoons, she is running a more advanced 5-week life drawing course for those who have done her beginners course and are looking to take their practise further. These will alternate between these untutored sessions – giving those who attended Jo’s course the opportunity to put into practise what you have learnt the week before. If you don’t join Jo for her class, then this is simply your opportunity to have a biweekly dose of life drawing!
Even if life drawing isn’t your artistic medium of choice, the act of regularly putting pencil to paper will enhance many aspects of your creative pursuits. And yet, many people don’t draw because self-doubt tells them they can’t. This is such a waste! Whether you’re a complete novice or an experienced artist, we guarantee that if you show up and draw every week, you will get better, it’s just a case of showing up and putting in the hours!
This session includes:
- A two and a half untutored life drawing session
